INDYCAR has made a decision to cancel all NTT INDYCAR Series events through April. This begins with the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg which was to begin today and run through Sunday, March 15 and continues through the AutoNation INDYCAR Challenge at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas which was to take place April 24-26, after careful consideration of COVID-19.

Here is revised schedule for on-track session on Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday, 14 March

9:45 am    Practice 1

1:30 pm    Practice 2

4:45 pm   Qualifying

Sunday, 15 March

10:25 am    Warm-up

1:15 pm      NTT INDYCAR SERIES RACE (100 laps)

It was announced that Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg will be closed to spectator and that on-track session will be limited on Saturday and Sunday.  Detailed schedule will be announced later.

In Japan, NTT INDYCAR SERIES 2020 Season-Opening Race at St. Petersburg will be lively broadcasted by GAORA SPORTS from 4:00am on Monday, 16 March (JP time).
